Hello Coaches and Reuiting Staff,
I am a Varsity Goalie for Carlsbad High School and Club, in California. I am entering my Senior year, fall 2015. I will be graduating Spring 2016 with ONE FULL SEMESTER OF COLLEGE already completed (at Palomar College). I will be playing in the Junior Olympics this Summer 2015 in Orange County, California in the 18U CHAMPIONSHIP DIVISION. I just turned 17 on June 3, 1998. I am proud to say that I am of Natitve American descent with direct relation to The Cherokee Nation Tribe, DAWES roll #17183 and #74465.
Thank you for viewing my profile and videos. I have been playing water polo for 7 years, 6 years as GOALKEEPER. I can say with full confidence that I have an extremely high water polo IQ. I have also enjoyed coaching youth players, paying it forward and giving back to my community and teams. I have trained with some of the best goalie coaches in the game, including Sean Nolan, Jack Bowen and Rod Bowen and many others. I have played for Carlsbad High and club, as well as Cathedral Catholic and Del Mar Water Polo Club. I feel that I play the game in the moment but, I am always evaluating 2-3 potential plays ahead of me. I have created great instincts for reading the game and players from the postition I play. I have the ablity to see the full game, while playing the game in the moment. I am a very verbal goalie, passonite, determined and loud. Ideally I am looking to attend a small D3 school that offers support in the classroom. With hard work this next year I should graduate with a 3.0 GPA. I understand the importance of the ACT and SAT and have top notch study programs for them. I should have SAT and ACT scores available this Fall, 2015. I am also currently completing all of the pre-requites courses at Palomar College for the Fire Academy. I have two first responders in my family and its a career that I am highly considering, although I am very interested in several areas of Enviromental Science and Finance. My Grandfather was the head Park Ranger at Point Lobos State Park "The Crown Jewel" of Califoria State Parks. I have learned to appreciate nature and the enviorment through my family and my love of the ocean and surfing. When I graduate from High School in June, I will have already completed one full semester (6 college courses) so I will only have 3 1/2 years of college left, which will help lighten my load while I am in season with college. I would love to talk further and am open to considering all offers.
Thank you for your time and interest in getting to know me.
