Personal Statement
My name is Marshall Phillips and I am currently interested in playing Water Polo in college. I am a junior at Dos Pueblos High School and play on the varsity team. I am interested in joining your Water Polo program after I graduate. As of right now, I am 5’10 and 175 pounds and I am a center player. My sophomore year I had a 4.0 GPA the entire year while in rigorous courses. I was the captain and MVP of the JV team my sophomore year and it was a great experience. As a person, I like to sit back and observe people's actions and behaviors. As a captain you have to know more about your teammates and what gets them inspired and motivated, I love figuring people out and using that knowledge to help my teammates perform well.
