Hayden Brown '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hayden Brown,

I started playing water polo at the age of 11 years old and I knew right away I loved the sport. My Freshman year of high school I played Varsity Water Polo, High School Soccer and Swim Team, while maintaining a good GPA with honors classes. I am currently a Junior and next year will be my  4th year on Varsity Water Polo at Redondo Union High School.

I am also a starter on my U18 Club Team,  South Bay United,  coached by Dan Matulis. We compete in the Futures League. My high school team and I won CIF division 4 my Sophomore year. I am currently on Redondo Union High  School Varsity swim team and I qualified to represent Redondo Union for CIF last year.  

I would like to continue playing water polo at the collegiate level.  I love the sport, the competition, working together as a team,  the camaraderie, and the strategy.  While playing Club Water Polo, High School Varsity Water Polo and Varsity Swim Team I am also a dedicated student with a current 3.7 GPA with rigorous classes.

I am natural leader with drive and determination.
