After high school I want to pursue a career in business with the goal of one day owning my own business. It has always been my dream to go into business for as long as I can remember. I always wanted to be able to say that I have accomplished something in my life and this is my way of showing that. I have taken many classes and have been a part of many clubs to prepare me for the business world. Throughout my high school career I have been a part of the varsity swimming and water polo team. They have both taught me a lot about leadership and teamwork. In my current year (senior year) I was named captain of Maine East's water polo team by both my teammates and my coach as well. Being named captain was a great feat for me because I enjoy helping my teammates get better and making myself better in the process. My height and length have helped me become the water polo player that I am today. They allow me to reach passes that people wouldn't normally be able to reach and to be a great nuisance on defense as well. I shoot through passing lanes getting steals and running counters. My explosiveness helps me to go out ahead of defenders and lead the counters, as well as score off of these fast breaks. Academically I do my best in the classroom and out of the classroom. I get the best grades I possibly can while balancing water polo in with my academics.
