I have been playing Water Polo since 6th grade, and have been in love with this sport ever since. I have noticed that playing Water Polo has brought many positive factors in my life. Not only does Water Polo teach us to work well with others, but it teaches us the importance of discipline, and hard work. One major skill that comes in handy is that I am a very Coachable Athlete which I believe was derived from the valuable discipline skills Water Polo teaches us. I have gone to various out of state and in state tournaments, and have been lucky enough to play with teams from various different states. Not only has this allowed me to improve my Water Polo skills, but it has also allowed me to make new friendships along the way. Recently I decided to get my referee training squared away so I could learn the Water Polo rules more thoroughly, and to continue helping out and participating in the sport I love most.
I would love to play Water Polo in college as it has been a dream of mine since I started. I have always looked up to the Collegiate Players as they have worked hard to get to where they are, and to continue improving daily.
