Playing softball is one of the best things I've ever done. I'm a very hard dedicated worker and maintain in the face of adversity. When I first started playing I didn't know how to hit, catch, or even field a ball. I started doing this sport knowing nothing about the sport and came out with so much knowledge, experience, and very humble. As the season seemed to come around each year I progressed, I got better and started to understand the game. Softball is my sport and probably one of my happiest memories that I will savor for a lifetime. Softball has taught me so many life skills like how to get along with others and make new friendships with every one of my teammates. I also think it has shaped my life in a small amount; I don't think I'm the same person I was 12 months ago. Even though my team didn't win every game or most of them we still managed to push through and not give up on each other. Softball motivates me to keep my grades up and not slack off, it also strives me each day to be a better version of myself than I was the last time I stepped on the field. I feel like softball is one of my biggest accomplishments in life right now, I have the biggest passion for it.
