I began playing softball when I was very young starting with t-ball at Crossville city park, and I fell in love with the sport and playing with a team. I have learned not only about the game of softball, but how to work with a team and truly connect to them. I try to bring passion, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm to each team I have played on. I moved from Crossville to Boaz in the 6th grade and I saw the varsity pitcher pitching on the field, and I promised myself that I would do my best to be the starting pitcher when I was able to try out for high school softball. That promise has pushed me to where I am today and also made me a better athlete physically and mentally. My next promise to myself is to give everything that I have and work to get to the next level of my softball career. I hope to continue my love for playing softball at a collegiate level and build skills and knowledge to start a career in sports medicine or kinesiology.
