I started playing the game of softball at five and every year I fell more in love with the game. In 8u I was on a strong team and I loved the competition and feeling of winning after that year I decided I wanted to play travel ball to be more challenged. The game has taught me so much like hard work pays off and there will always be struggles but you got to keep working and you and your team will be successful. I strive to be the best student-athlete I can be because in the end I know it takes grades to get where I'm going. I was on the varsity softball team at Faith Academy as an 8th grader this year and I liked being pushed by playing with the older girls. I consider myself a strong confident leader with great work ethic and will do what it takes to lead my team to be the best. I set goals for myself and try to be better than the person I was yesterday. I hit 5 home runs last year. I told myself I wanted to double it every year this year I have hit 15 so far. I hit 6 in school ball and 9 in travel. I am going to keep pushing and breaking my own personal goals because yesterdays home run want win todays game. I want to be the best I can be for me and my team mates!
