My college goals and aspirations include taking pre-med classes and graduating
with a degree in the medical field. While attending college I plan to continue playing
softball, hopefully on a scholarship.
I feel like I would make a good candidate for the college team because I am 110%
committed to becoming the best at practicing, pitching, and hitting in my chosen sport.
I have never quit anything or any sport that I have engaged in and always find a way to
push through the tough times to reach the ultimate goal of success. I feel that I'm different
from other recruits in character, academics, and academics because I am committed to any
task chosen or given to me. I'm always on time, do my very best at all endeavors, and strive
to attain success for the final outcome. In my athletics, I am currently in my second year of
pitching and have properly learned seven different pitches from my pitching coach, who I
receive lessons from on a weekly basis.
In my academics, I feel that I have exemplified these same committed qualities by
maintaining a 3.5 GPA and consistently keep an A/B average in high school. I realize that
my academic success comes first, but also feel that I can be committed to my softball career
with the same success while gaining my educational degree.
