I have had the dream to play softball in college ever since I began my high school career. Softball has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember; I began to play ball in Arizona when I was 5 years old, currently I attend Ben Eielson High School which is a small 3A school about 30 minutes away from Fairbanks. Coming from a small school makes things difficult but that does not slow me down at all. I am in the process of taking my third AP class, have been an honor roll student several times, and I was the 2014 class vice president during my junior year. For the past three seasons I have been a varsity starter at second base, and during my time in North Las Vegas before high school I also started at right field. In the past my coach has told me I am a versatile player and I take pride in this because it is what sets me apart from other players.
