My name is Ella Voth, I am a 2024 graduate from Lacombe, Alberta, Canada.
I’m currently in my 2nd season of winter training with Alberta Elite out of Red Deer and will be playing my 2nd season of club ball with Selects U19A. I’m one of the starting pitchers for my club team and have also trained as a fielder with Alberta Elite. I’m a right handed batter and because of my attitude & consistency, I spent the majority of the season hitting in the #1 spot.
In my 11 years of playing softball, I've excelled in my ability to anticipate plays and think quickly, allowing me the best opportunity to make an impact every time I hit the field. I've enjoyed being a positive team player, am told I am very coachable, and strive to be the best player I can possibly be. I take pride in the softball skills I've developed and continue to work on them every day.
I have been a multi-sport athlete my whole life but last year decided to focus 100% on softball. This has allowed me to excel in my skills and become a more well rounded player. I also enjoy giving back to my home softball association by volunteering my time with our younger teams to help with their skill development. I think it is important to give back to those who got you where you are today.
I’m looking forward to contributing to a college softball team and being part of a successful program!
