I have always wanted to take that extra step in my sports career, and that extra step is persuing my dreams of playing college/university Ball. I have played ball for 8 years now and loving every minute of it.
My competitive drive and passion make the game so much fun, and I wish to share that with my teammates every new season. I have played ball in my hometown Lloydminster, Alberta. I played for the Lloydminster Liners, and the 222's Fastpitch program. Playing in Canada can be a challenge. Considering it snows over half of the year, through training, T work & catching balls off of walls in my squat when I'm at home and working hard to get extra reps when we have the time to practice indoors always keeps me in game shape. I am a multi-sport athlete. I believe that growing up with multiple sports teaches many different life skills that are we are always using on a day to day basis.
With sports I believe that school teaches many important life skills, for example, time management, communication, and social skills are all needed when you're on and off of the field.
I volunteer with social gatherings around our city, with younger sports teams and around my school. I ump younger softball games and ref younger hockey games. I set goals for myself and I will do anything to reach them. I am overly excited to be able to have the opportunity where I can play ball and have the education I need to become successful in life.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me!
