Through playing the sport of softball I have learned what you put in is what you get as a result. I have always made it a goal to give it my all and put the most effort in that I can, especially when no one is looking, because that is when it matters the most. Through playing the sport it has given me the opportunity to socially branch out. When i’m playing I know being able to communicate with others is very important, therefore I always try my best to encourage others even when I make an error or mistake myself.
Academically, my goal is to achieve straight A’s throughout my four years in high school, and at least get an average score on my SAT and ACT. Currently I am ranked first out 724 students in my graduating class and I would like to maintain that ranking, if not stay within the top 5%. Realistically for college I would want to maintain A’s and B’s in all of my courses. I will be taking pre-medical courses in order to fulfill my aspirations of going to medical school and becoming a doctor.
