At first, I wasn't really interested in sports. I was always more of an arts and drama kid. My dad's work ended up having a slow-pitch softball team and I watched him play for about a year, but I still didn't really think anything of it. My freshman year of high school really turned things around for me. I had heard that my home school was having softball tryouts, so I got interested and told my dad about it. He was ecstatic about it, contacted the coach to see the details. I had ended up missing tryouts, but the coach was nice enough to give us a date that I could come in on. My dad taught me how to throw, hit, and catch. We practiced for two months and then I tried out for the team and got on! Started out as an outfielder then moved to the infield as a first baseman, and I fell in love with it. Still learning every day on how to play the game, and will be for a long time.
I really love being a creative person. I draw, design and make outfits, perform as an actor, and stuff like that. I'm also a huge science nerd and a big geek when it comes to TV shows or movies I like. I'm very loud and enthusiastic and really push myself and my mind when it comes to something I'm doing.
