I want to play softball and be a catcher in college. I am a hard worker and I never give up. I am a 4.0 student and I take my academic learning seriously. "The greatest accomplishment in life is not in never falling, but rising again after you fall." - Vince Lombardi.
I am a 5 sport athlete and have won championships through my school in Volleyball, basketball, soccer, softball and my Lacrosse travel team. I am also in ASB. Playing a variety of different sports gives me many different perspectives. I have learned that you need your teammates in order to win championships. You also have to want it bad enough to win. I play with girls of all different skill levels and I have learned to have patience, understanding, and to move on and keep it positive after a bad play happens. By being a catcher, I have learned to be a confident leader on the field and set the tone of the game. It is my job to make sure my pitcher and teammates look good and stay positive throughout the game. This has also helped me be a better goalie in soccer and dive for the ball in volleyball. Sports is a mental mind game where I've learned to stay positive and be grateful for my teammates and opportunity to play.
