My college goals include receiving a solid education and playing for a great softball team. In the process I look forward to making many new lifelong friends. Ultimately I would like to become a Pediatric Doctor. I have been interested in becoming a Doctor for a few years now. I would like to choose Pediatrics because I would love to be able to help kids. I have a nephew and a niece and I think I am the kind of person that could be their Doctor and they would not be afraid of me. I would be a great addition to any team. I am a hard worker. I am a leader on the field. I don't just lead by telling people what to do, I lead by example. I think I work as hard or harder than anyone on my current team. Not only do I attend my team practices, but I attend speed training as well as position/hitting lessons. I also know how to lighten the mood when it needs to be. I have a goofy side that loves to dance and have fun. I believe I set myself apart from others with my work ethic on the field. I have worked hard to get where I am and know I have more to go. I work just as hard in the classroom. I am enrolled in Honors classes and even though the work is hard and plenty of friends have dropped, I continue to work hard because I know in the long run my hard work will pay off, both in the classroom and on the field.
