I am the type of player that will ask for extra reps at the end of practice and won’t stop till I’ve improved at least one aspect of my game. I strive to be not just a good player, but a great player. I am one of the leaders on my team and I try my hardest to get everyone to see the potential they have and to go their hardest not just at every practice and game but on their own time too. I feel like players who put extra work in on the side are bound to show up when they need to and in turn will get more and better opportunities. Not only do I push people to try their hardest, I cheer them on at games, I make sure that everyone in the dugout is on their feet rooting on whoever’s up to bat or our defense when we’re in the field.
