Amanda Pascual '19 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches, 

My name is Amanda Pascual and my goals when attending college would not only to play softball but also major in psychology and further my education into being a therapist. I believe that I would make a great candidate for your team because of my DETERMINATION to work hard and put in 110% weather that be on the field or off the field. Growing up I played soccer when I was little and up until 8th grade I fell in love with softball. Also growing up I was taught to surf but i never did it COMPETITIVEly  i mainly did it for fun. Aside from doing sports I actually used to do to musicals as a kid and i was in choir my time was mainly spent in the music room. either that be working with my vocal coach or working on music sheets since i play the piano and ukulele. VOLUNTEER wise i used to be in girl scouts and I did a lot of VOLUNTEER work. Such as helping out at our local homeless shelter and spending my time in nursing homes. Academically I am currently in the process of raising my Gpa. I do how ever understand that don't have the best GPA but my goal by the end of my junior year is to at least have a 2.8 or even a 3.0. I will be taking extra classes for my senior year and hopefully it will meet some of the coaches requirements.  I have not taken any ACT/SAT yet but I am schedule to be taking them in May. thank you for taking your time to read more about me!
