Emily Chandler '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a hardworking and devoted senior to be at Simi Valley High School that wants to make a positive impact on a college softball team.  My primary position is 1st base; I also play 3rd base and any of the outfield positions. I would be happy playing anywhere, as long as I can to contribute towards my team. At the moment my biggest priorities in life are my family and my education.  But softball is by far my biggest fixation!  Everything and anything I do is devoted to being a better softball player on the field and a better person off the field. I am constantly focused on being the best person and player I can be. I am always striving to achieve and excel in my life goals.

My ultimate goal in the college finding process is to play the sport I know and love at a competitive level while getting an excellent education. I want to attend a college where I can challenge myself in the classroom as well as on the field.  I plan on majoring in Criminal Justice and would love to become a Criminalist in the future.  I want to be a person that gives others  peace of mind and makes a difference in the community.
