Hello Coaches,
My name is Allisyn. I am a 2027 graduate of Cotopaxi High School in Cotopaxi, Colorado. Since the moment I stepped on the baseball field at the age of three I knew catcher was the position I wanted to play. In our small town that was the only option until four years ago when I helped start the first travel softball team (Velocity) out of Florence, CO. I played with Velocity for a year and a half until I aged out. I then moved to another team in Pueblo, CO for a season. Then I returned to Velocity, as they moved to my age level and have since moved up with me. This year I was also a starter with the Canon City High School Tigers. With all that said, for the last nine years, my dedication has been strong as my family and I travel anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to play baseball or softball. My first and favorite position is catcher and that is where I play 99 percent of the time. However, I can also be a utility player in any position but pitching (I have never tried it). I have always wanted to play at the highest level including Women's Professional Fastpitch and my ultimate dream is to go to the Olympics. I would love to play at any school that would offer me the ability to live my dreams of playing as long as possible while earning a degree to build my future. I am an honor roll student and plan to start taking college level classes my sophomore year. I hope to join a team and become a member of another softball family. Thank you for taking your time to learn more about me and my passion. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
