Sierra Ortiz 2020...Personal Statement
My name is Sierra Ortiz and I am 18 years old. I currently attend Rocky Mountain High School, and I am in 12th grade. I am a 2020 graduate and as of today I am a 3.0 student. I am 5'3, weigh 125 lbs. and I am a switch hitter. I am the starting third basemen for my high school softball team and I have been varsity since my freshmen year. I started playing softball when I was 8 years old and I have loved the game ever since. I love the adrenaline I get in every game and I love how softball has always pushed me to be a better athlete and person. Playing this sport has taught me how to lose gracefully and how to win humbly. After graduation my goal is to enter a science major so that I can enter medical school. Getting a good education has always been extremely important to me and being the first to graduate college in my family is my biggest goal. I always conduct myself in a respectful manner towards coaches and other athletes. Being on the softball field is what I live for. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
