Lyana Cuevas '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lyana Cuevas. I’m a rising senior at Killingly High School. I’m a hardworking and supportive person on and off the field that consistently pushes myself to the next level. My college goals are to get into a school that will best prepare me for medical school, and a school that will provide the resources and opportunities that pertain to me. I am a committed player who’s respectful, a team player, and  willing to put in the work that I need. When I join a team or program, there are many aspects of me that come along with that.  Athletically,  I'm a strong person that has speed and smart on the bases. One of my strengths is hitting opposite field. Academically, I'm a hard worker that tries very hard in school, puts that as my top priority and continue to challenge myself. I have taken AP Language and Composition, AP Biology, three years of Spanish and plan to take it my last year.
