I am a 5‘6 right handed pitcher and second basemen from Litchfield, Connecticut. I graduate in the year 2022 and play on the varsity team at Litchfield High School. I also play on a travel team, the Connecticut Titans, all year round. Softball has been a part of my life forever, from a younger age then tee-ball to now. I have had great teammates, coaches and role models to get me to where I am today and I will be forever grateful and thankful for that.
There are certain things I look for most in a college. I want it to benefit and help me grow as a person, academically, and on the field. I want to major in something in the medical field, nursing in specific. My mom was a nurse and the medical field is very interesting to me and is something I want to do when I’m older. I’ve always enjoyed helping people and putting peoples lives first and being able to do this everyday as my job would be incredible, but in order to accomplish this I have to look for a college with the best medical programs. I want to attend a medium sized school, not an overly big population but definitely not too small. My preference for traveling would be close or at most, 5-6 hours away from home, but I would be willing to go further if it was the school I loved. Finance obviously takes a big part as well, but it is not the biggest issue as long as it’s the college I want and fits me best. Lastly, I would also like to attend a softball program that will help me increase my game and let me play and learn from a younger age. I would like to be able to get out there as a freshmen/sophomore and learn then and there rather then waiting till my later years like the popular schools to learn.
