I have been playing softball since I was about 4-5 years old and it only took me a few games to realize I wanted to play softball for the rest of my life. Being a college softball player has been my dream ever since I watched my first college softball game on TV.
I have worked so hard to improve myself as a player and the team that stands behind me. At Brien McMahon High School where I have been captain of my program since my freshman year, I have installed morning lifts twice a week and morning hitting twice a week, along with entered our team into an indoor league for the winter.
Throughout the many years I have played softball I have been on many different level teams and one of the hardest things for me is watching a team like my high school team struggle. I have always been a competitive player but more than that a dedicated player who does my best to help myself and the people are me when we are struggling and I think that has given me lots of motivation to be better for myself and my teammates.
