May 2020Personal Statement
I have been playing softball for eleven years, and I have played on CT Mirage for 5 years. For a long time I have hoped to play collegiate, being able to play more after high school would be a dream come true. I have always tried my best and have always kept my head in the game.
I am a leader on and off the field, I encourage my teammates and encourage incoming freshman as their peer mentor in school to help them become the best they can be. I put 110% in every practice and every game and when a coach tells me what I need to work on, I work on it for as long as I need to so I can become a better player.
In the classroom I work hard, study, and ask questions when I need to in order to keep my GPA. I also do many extracurricular activities such as DECA were it helps me become a better leader and prepare myself for life after high school and college.
I want to go to a college that will push me as a student and as an athlete. I am open to go anywhere as long as they have a PT program or a program that can lead me into a PT degree. My parents are my biggest supporters and I look up to them and thank them for everything they do for me.
