My name is Izabella Raughley. I am currently a Senior in the 2024 graduating class. I play for Delaware Heart 18U Black Showcase (Camden, DE) and I also play for Dover High School (Dover, DE) at the Varsity level. When I was younger, I always really enjoyed playing competitive games. I’d like to think that this love for competition also sparked my blatant love for sports- and therefore softball. Growing up, I was a part of rec and little league teams that truly shaped my character and overall sportsmanship that I am equipped with today. I not only love playing high school sports but also being able to form new connections and bonds through sports themselves, and I am determined to further expand my knowledge and skill set while playing sports in high school in order to be prepared and successful when playing at a higher level at a university. In college I plan to study Forensic Psychology or any form of such major in order to build off of my interests in cognitive behavior along with human behavioral sciences and studies. I am very optimistic for what my future holds in terms of sports, and I look forward to speaking with different coaches and recruiters in the near future!
