Personal Statement
Ever since I was little the only way I connected with my dad was truly through baseball/softball. I learned a lot of what I know now from him. I just wanted to continue playing this sport because it means so much to me since now my dad and I aren’t very close. This sport makes us seem like we’re not 3,000 miles apart. I love softball, the rush, the adrenaline, and the motivation it gives you to keep moving forward in life. Pass all the bases and get that home run in life.
