I started playing baseball at three years old. I was the only girl on my team and to me it was a rush. I thought that being the only meant that I could prove something to all the other boys. And when I started playing softball, my dream wasn't proving something to boys anymore it was to play college softball and be the best version of myself as an athlete and student. I remember that I didn't even want to play softball at first, it was baseball then I fell in love with softball after my first game. I've always loved going to school, I always felt like school was somewhere where I could shine and show my love for school. I've taken pride in getting all A's, it has been something that has made my school life better.
