Jailyn Mobley '22 Recruiting Profile

For as long as I could remember, I have always  been heavily invested in my own personal success. Everything that I’ve done in the past has been to get me to the point that I am at today. Whether it be in my academics or my athletics, I have progressed nicely and I’m extremely proud. I aspire to graduate top of my class in college and become the best young woman that I know that I can be. Whenever there is an obstacle placed in front of me, I always think positive and try to come up with solutions to help overcome them. I believe that I am a team player and work well with others. If a team mate is beating themselves up because of a bad play, I encourage them and try to help and remind the team that although something didn’t go as expected, we can always overcome and rise up as the champion if we continue to work together. I’m always working to help and encourage others while also doing the same for myself.
