Taina Luhia '24 Recruiting Profile

Aloha coaches!  My name is Taina Luhia and I am in the class of 2024 at Henry J Kaiser High School.  I have been playing softball for 6 years,  even though it is not as long as other players I did learn to push myself to get where I am today with the help of my coaches and my mom.  My goal for the future is to find a school where I can pursue my major I am interested in while also still pursuing my career in softball.  I am open to playing at any level of collegiate softball, although I'd prefer a division III or junior college.

 I am playing for my club team Kaikamahine as a first basemen and third basemen. I also travel with a travel team Kamikaze and play first base for them as well.   On the field,  I am loud and make sure my teammates and I are having a good time on the field. I make sure everyone keeps their heads up when things don't go our way.  When I'm not on the field I  enjoy going to the beach and spending time with my family.
