My name is Sanae Nakoa, and I am a 5'5" softball player. I have been playing softball since the age of eight and therefore know the game of softball inside and out. Some of my greater accomplishments were being named 1st Team, All County, Player of the Year, two years in a row (2013 & 2014) as well as All State Honorable Mention two years in a row. I am a senior now and have been a member of the varsity team since my freshman year.
I am a very confident softball player because I am capable and knowledgeable of the game itself. For this reason, I have a passion for the game of softball which continues to grow through the years of my competitive playing. I am able to offer any team, the promise of hard work and never giving up. My code of ethics when it comes to softball include, working hard, being the first one on the field for practice and the last one off, especially as a pitcher.
My choices remain to be very open still when it comes to choosing a college. For me, the school I choose has to have a good academic reputation. Playing softball at the collegiate level is a bonus factor for me. But really, a lot of other factors will determine my college of choice including environment, community, and a great softball program.
My goals include playing softball at a highly competitive level and graduating from college. I would love to give back to the community, and especially to young girls who wish to follow a similar path than I did.
