Personal Statement

Softball - Commitment and Hard Work

Softball is what helps define me. Many people know me from my being involved in playing softball. Who I am today is because of softball. Athletic, fast and smart about the game describes me. When I hear the word, "softball," I think of commitment and working hard. When I say, "commitment," this means about three hours of practice everyday. When I write, "working hard," I am talking about giving 100% effort no matter what I am thinking or feeling. Softball can help get me into college because of my commitment and hard work.

Valley Invitational, Oregon. We played 5 games, won our pool and bracket games to get in to the Gold. I played SS and 2B.
2016 Maui Titans DeMarini (14U)
ASA 14U Hawaii State Tournament. We played 5 games and made it to Sunday. The pitching was average but I struck the ball well.
2016 Maui Titans DeMarini (16U)
Champions Cup, California. We played 7 games against; SoCal Breakers, SoCal Athletics, Las Vegas Blast, Cal A's, Foothill Gold, USA Athletics and Firecrackers NOC.
2016 Oregon Titans DeMarini - Doerr (16U)
USA Prep.'s - Best of the Best Showcase, Las Vegas. We played 5 games against; So Cal Choppers, LV Rage, USA Athletics & Virginia Glory A & B teams. I played SS for all 5 games and had approximately 22 put outs.
2015 OC Batbusters - Ramos (14U)
TCS Presidents Day Showdown, Temecula / Perris, CA. 5th Place of 40 teams. Started 7 of 8 games, and played the whole game in 7 of 8.

PGF Qualifiers - AZ, NV & SoCal. Started every game, three at SS, one DP and the rest in the OF. Played all innings but two. Batted in the #1, #2 & #3 spots.
2014 Dynasty - HI (14U)
Oahu ASA - Thanksgiving Invitational - 1st Place. Pitched 2 hit shut-out in Championship Game. Played every inning in all games.
2014 OC Batbusters - Williams (12U)
