Alison ORourke '20 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing softball since I was eight, and over the course of the years, my love for the game has only grown stronger. I've previously been a four-sport athlete, but have now narrowed to softball to focus on the sport I care about most. I'm very coachable and versatile player and enjoy learning how to continually play at a higher level. Bringing a positive attitude and a smile to every practice and game has helped me formed close friendships with my teammates. While I push myself, I also try to push my teammates so we can perform our best together on the field. 

In the classroom, I'm a straight-A student, a member of the National Honors Society, and also the Spanish Honors Society. I'm a classial pianist and trumpet player. I would like to continue my growth both as an athlete and as a student in college that shares my passions and values.
