Amanda Lohrey '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Amanda Lohrey, and I am currently a right handed pitcher/1st base for the 04 Texas Glory IL-Blue. I am leaning towards history and/or secondary education as my major. Outside of softball, I'm very into theater, history, reading, writing, and watching major league baseball.          I take my academics very seriously, and I try to be a perfectionist in everything I do. I am a natural team leader, and can always be heard no matter how loud the stands are!

I am a strong competitor with internal drive and motivation to want to win while always showing good sportmanship.  I want to play for a program with a strong sense of team and family.  I work hard both on and off the field to continuously improve as an individual that will best benefit my team.  I would love an opportunity to play for  a team that will allow me to learn and grow within their system and will help me develop into a player that will benefit the program and team for the long run.
