I have been on the field since I was five years old. What makes me unique is I played boys little league baseball. I joined a travel team and played until I was 13 years old. I played at Cooperstown, Cal Ripken, and Roy Hobbs. My childhood consisted of baseball, in which I grew a passion for a great sport. I made the transition to softball the summer before I started high school. Because of the skills I learned playing baseball all those years competitively, I made the transition to softball without any difficulty. I started on my high school Varsity softball team as a freshman. Besides playing for my high school team, I joined travel ball for the Lemont Rockers 18U team when I was only 16. I believe playing up gives me more competition, and opportunities to become a better player. Besides softball, I also play Volleyball and Basketball. I started playing basketball in fourth grade, and immediately joined a travel team. I started on Varsity as a sophomore in High School being the team leading scorer both sophomore, and junior year. As a three sport athlete, I learned to manage my time, and maintain a great GPA. Growing up, my coaches taught me the importance of character and being a great teammate. I encourage my team to put us in a great spot to succeed. Succeeding in college is important to me because I am the youngest of six children. My siblings taught me the importance of academics along with athletics. I believe I am a great candidate to take either my softball, or basketball game to the collegiate level for 2016.
