I am a competitive and athletic person, and have competed in track and field, cross country, basketball, gymnastics, volleyball and softball.  I have been on the school varsity volleyball team for the last 2 years. My favorite sport, however, is softball. I have played softball since I was five and have been on travel teams for the last 8 years.  I have been on my HS varsity softball team every year of high school.  I work hard, have a strong understanding of the game, and am a team player.  I’m hoping to play softball at a competitive level throughout college. I am very hard working not only in softball, but also academically.  I am looking for a college where I can meet new friends, succeed academically, and also show the coaches and my teammates that I am serious about softball, serious about defining my skills on the field, and serious about winning.
