Alexus Houston '20 Recruiting Profile

As a three sport athlete in high school my collegiate goals are to play my favorite sport at the college level, and at a very prestigious school with a great education and sports program. I love the teamwork you have to have to be successful. Most of my family didn't play sports or go to college so I use that to motivate me to work and play my hardest. I want to do whatever is best for the team even if that means just hitting, just fielding, or even just cheering on my teammates. I would never quit or give up on my team. My team is like a second family to me. Athletics for me came naturally, but I still go in every morning for lifting and workouts. I go to every open gym and I do extra activities involving sports. Academically I study every day and I never take the easy way out. I am an honor roll student every year.
