Hi coaches! My name is Madi Smith. I have had a love for the game since I started playing at the age of six. I always strive to be the best player and teammate I can be, and I always try to lead by example. My coach tells me that I am a leader for the team and take control of the field when I am playing. In addition to my regular team practices, I take hitting lessons and practice on my own whenever I can. Since a young age I have wanted to attend college and play softball at a college level.
When I am not playing softball I enjoy volunteering at local food banks and other local events. I am part of the silver cord, volunteering program through school. I also enjoy watching movies, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
