Harlie Duncan '17 Recruiting Profile

I can honestly say that I cannot remember my life without softball. Ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of playing college softball. I work hard daily, striving to do my best, so that I can make my childhood dreams come true. I know that playing softball at the college level takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and time, but I'm completely committed to doing so.
I am the type of person who doesn't back down when things are going rough. I will step up and be a leader for my team and for myself. If a teammate is having a problem, I am the one who will put myself aside for the time being in order to help them. I am very hard working and strive to do my best one-hundred percent of the time. I am very coachable, and will take any criticism given to me.
In school, I have maintained a 4.0 and plan to keep it that way. I put time into my class assignments to make sure I get them done correctly. In school I'm also involved in Student Council, FFA, and Science Olympiad.
College wise, I would like to go somewhere where academics are very important. Somewhere I can push myself, so that I can have a bright future. I am open to any level of school, but ultimately would like to play at the highest level I can. I hope to fulfill my childhood dreams and make some great friends and memories along the way.
