Softball is my passion! I started teeball at the age of 3 and softball at age 6. I’ve played for little league and travel teams the last 11 years and have a huge love for the game. I haven’t gotten a whole lot of playing time throughout high school at the Varsity level because of being robbed of the 2020 season and because there were many upper class girls on the team the last 2 years. I am playing for 2 travel teams, Wabash Mission 18U out of Mount Carmel, IL this fall and Extreme 18U out of Flat Rock, IL this fall/winter and next summer. I started pitching when I was 12 years old. I know how to play every position on the field including catching but I feel my strongest positions are pitching, second base, and outfield.
God, my family, getting a good education, and softball is what I feel is most important to me in life but to play softball while earning a college degree would be great! It’s always been a goal of mine since I started playing softball to play during college. I’ve maintained a 4.0 GPA the last 3 years of high school while playing 2 sports and working. The year 2020 and the virtual learning was somewhat hard for me so my gpa went down a little that semester my sophomore year but not by much. I feel I would be a great recruit because I’m very dedicated to the game and keeping my grades up!
