Hailie Boardman '25 Recruiting Profile

I always give 100% whether it be academics or athletics.  I have been playing this game since the age of 6.  My goal is to one day play in the Olympics as well as earn a scholarship.  I strive to make myself better by taking lessons on and off the field. I see Ali Franzen for pitching  and Samantha Findlay as my hitting coach and spend evenings in my basement practicing. I strive to master any position put in.  I started out 3rd base and pitching. I have earned a spot playing center field and short stop.  I have a goal to complete college with a degree in sports medicine and become an athletic trainer.  The one thing sports have taught me is being a team player is imperative on and off the field.  This sport is not just one player that makes or breaks the game but as a whole we have to work together and give it our all. 

In my freshman year of High School, I was awarded   Varsity Rookie of the Year.  Our varsity team only had a few freshmen and I worked hard to earn my spots and I was able to achieve that award. In my sophomore year I was awarded All Conference and starting pitcher.
