Grace Pope '14 Recruiting Profile

One thing that sets me apart from many other athletes my age is my strong desire to compete and win. I am a two-sport athlete in a school of 2200 students. I have made the varsity teams and started since my freshman year and was captain twice of the cheerleading team. I push myself and my teammates to make every practice count and to get better every minute on and off the field. My travel team, the Homer Hawks Gold, has three signed Division 1 athletes, two Division 2, and the remaining Division 3 and Junior College. My athletic desire is to play collegiate softball at the highest level possible. I bring speed, quickness and an understanding of the game making me a threat on the bases. I am a quick learner, a die-hard competitor and I bring a great attitude to the sport. My academic goals are to major in accounting and eventually sit for the CPA exam and attend graduate school for my MBA.
