Bryn Smith '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bryn Smith, and I am a Junior at Jasper High School in Jasper, Indiana. My goal is to play softball at the collegiate level while pursuing a rigorous academic path. Inspired by my mother, I plan to major in a pre-dentistry track, with the ultimate ambition of becoming a dentist.

While I know that academics will be the most demanding part of college, I also believe that being part of a team forges lifelong bonds and develops character and teamwork skills that extend far beyond the softball field. I have been fortunate to learn from fantastic coaches and play alongside amazing teammates who have become my role models and friends.

My desire to play at the collegiate level fuels me to continuously work on my craft as a pitcher; I am committed to giving my team everything I have when I’m in the circle. If given the privilege of becoming a collegiate athlete, you can expect that same drive and dedication. I am confident that my work ethic on the field and in the classroom will make me a positive contributor to your program.
