Personal Statement

I have a 3.662 GPA while taking a full class schedule at Jasper High School.  I also volunteer in the special needs department at school working with students in math and life skills.  One of my passions in life is helping others succeed. My dad has been an Special Needs teacher at Jasper for 21 years and I thoroughly enjoy helping him and working with his students.  I take a lot of pride when I see a student I help find success.  Athletically,  I play soccer, basketball and run Unified Track for Jasper High School. I play AAU basketball in the summer for Team Indiana Red Storm.

   I would love the opportunity to play basketball at the collegiate level while earning an undergraduate  degree in education, psychology, or possibly communications and then earning a masters degree in the field of Speech/Language Pathology.
