I value the academic changes of college as much as I do the softball challenge. Yes I am young and my academic goals might change but as of right now I wish to pursue a degree in architecture or actuarial sciences. I was awarded the Robert K. Downey award for outstanding academics, athletics, and citizenship this year. This award is only given to one female student in the entire middle school. Since I was 5yrs old I've played and loved the game of softball. I love the practices, workouts, weight lifting, challenging my body and mind, but most of all the teammates and friendships I make. I am quite shy and athletics helps me to build strong lasting friendships. I am also a defensive starter on my school soccer team and was voted 2nd team all conference. I also am starting point guard on my school jv basketball team and the only freshman on the varsity.
