I would like a degree in teaching or photography/journalism and further my love for softball during college. Eventually I would also like to help other girls achieve their goals as a softball coach.
My love for softball began in 2012. I kept playing after taking a ball to the eye at my first practice and a ball to the mouth at my first tournament. I am a hard working, fast moving individual. I'm the first one on the field and will not be seen walking. I will always do what my coach says. I love playing short stop but also can be found catching, playing third base and sometimes can even be found in the outfield. I am currently working with Iowa Sports Technique, Gayle Blevins, to improve my batting numbers.
I am active in our church teen program, traveling on two mission trips. One in Wisconsin and the other in the Bahamas. In June 2017 I will be traveling to Central America making this my third mission trip. Basketball is another one of my loves. I typically am positioned as point guard but may also be positioned as shooting guard. I have been playing basketball since I was in 2nd grade. I ran track in 7th and 8th grade.
