Kiera Klum '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kiera Klum, I am a 2024 Utility player. Although third base is where I mainly play, I am capable of playing any fielding position that is offered to me. I played second base, shortstop, and third base while alternating positions my eighth grade season on varsity. During my eighth grade season, I participated on our high school's varsity spring travel team. While on varsity during my freshman and sophomore years as a third baseman and shortstop. Along with being a part of a travel team all year round since I was 9 years old. I've always loved playing this sport, and I'm not sure how my life would be without it. I have been a softball player since I was three years old. On and off the field, during practices and games, I've always supported all of my teammates. I've always worked hard and given my all in any sport I've played in. I'll always be dedicated to doing anything I can to help my team and myself get stronger and improve. My understanding of how to play as a team, and how to be a leader on and off the field have all improved thanks to softball. Softball has also greatly improved my physical and mental health over these past couple of years due to the environment I am surrounded by and the support I recieve from family, friends, and teammates.
