My goal is to find a way to positively help my team every inning. And that is more than just getting hits and making plays on the field, which obviously I want to do. It's also lifting up my teammates in the dugout with all my energy and encouraging my teammates when we are on defense. I try to read a situation and get to know my teammates. That way I know who responds well to being challenged or who needs to be lifted up after making a good play. I want to be active and engaged in everything that happens on the field. My primary positions are shortstop and second base, but I am willing to play wherever I am needed.
