I have been playing softball since third-grade little league. I fell in love with it right away and never lost the passion. I continuously work hard to improve my skills. When coaches ask me to correct things, I do it right away. One of the things that I am most proud of is when my current coach, walked up to me my 8th-grade year after a high school game that I was playing varsity, he asked me if I would be willing to try out for his 18u team. I was only 14 and was very nervous, but I knew that it would improve my skills so much more at such a young age. I want to pursue a career in the medical field, but I am undecided about what path I would like to take. I have also thought about a business degree. I would love to find a school that has a great softball program but also provides me with what I need on the educational side.
I am excited to go out and meet coaches and find the right fit for me.
