Ella Allar '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches! I am a class of 2023 middle infielder and am looking forward to playing softball after high school. I’ve played softball since I was six years old and really found a passion for the sport when I joined a travel team at ten years old. Since then I’ve experienced a lot of growth as a player and teammate. My work ethic and confidence changed when I didn’t get to bat my freshman year and as a result, had to put in more time and training. Moving from my old travel team to my High School team was a change that allowed me to become a better teammate. I learned how to work well with new teammates and how to be a good leader on the field, in other sports, and in my day to day life . Now I am extremely team oriented while trying to be a good leader. I am looking forward to attending a college where I can pursue a degree in elementary education as well as playing the sport I’ve been so passionate about.
